When the foreskin is tight
If retraction is difficult, erections are painful or you have urinary problems, have the cause assessed to identify suitable treatment.

INTIMATE ARTISTRY
Male Circumcision Program
Circumcision tailored to you
Begins with understanding your anatomy
Discuss your foreskin, comfort and concerns
Understand the options and aftercare before deciding
A PERSONAL REASON TO CARE
If your foreskin feels tight, is difficult to clean or causes recurring symptoms, you do not have to put up with it or assume you need circumcision. Your doctor assesses the cause and compares appropriate options, from targeted care to surgery when indicated.
You can share your concerns without fear of judgment. We listen in private, helping distinguish a problem that needs treatment from a personal wish you would like to discuss.
UNDERSTAND THE PURPOSE
Circumcision is surgery to remove the foreskin. Suitability begins with an examination, rather than the name of a technique alone.
If retraction is difficult, erections are painful or you have urinary problems, have the cause assessed to identify suitable treatment.
Some forms of recurrent inflammation or scarring may warrant circumcision, but the cause and treatment alternatives need assessment first.
If you have no symptoms, you can discuss personal reasons and expectations, while understanding the changes and risks before choosing.

MAKE ROOM FOR RECOVERY
Travel, work and the activities you enjoy
Are worth discussing before treatment
So recovery can fit your life
RECOVERY, ONE STEP AT A TIME
Our team explains cleaning and wound care for your procedure. Swelling, bruising or tenderness may occur. Plan time off according to your symptoms and type of work.
Generally, avoid sport, heavy lifting, cycling and swimming for at least 2 weeks, then have your doctor assess your readiness.
Avoid intercourse and masturbation until the wound is fully healed. Even after that time, pain, swelling or an unhealed wound means you should wait and consult your doctor.
Overall healing may take around 4–6 weeks or longer, depending on the procedure and individual recovery. Do not remove stitches or staples yourself, or stop regular medications without medical advice.

THE QUESTIONS THAT MATTER
Ask about sensation,
Appearance and life after treatment
Not always. Your doctor first identifies the cause of tightness, inflammation or scarring. Medication or other procedures may be appropriate in some cases. Do not force the foreskin back if it causes pain or injury.
Local anesthesia or other anesthesia is used as planned to reduce pain, but soreness or tightness may occur when it wears off. Many people can go home the same day after assessment. If sedation or general anesthesia is used, arrange someone to take you home and follow your doctor's travel restrictions.
Appearance and sensation change when the foreskin is removed. The glans may feel sensitive at first, and adjustment takes time. Experiences differ, so improved sensation or a cure for premature ejaculation cannot be guaranteed. Ejaculation concerns should be assessed separately.
You can discuss your preferred appearance, but available skin, existing scars and healing affect what is possible. A scar-free result cannot be guaranteed. If a previous circumcision feels tight, looks uneven or is unsatisfactory, your doctor should assess the cause before planning revision.
Spectrum provides wound-care advice and online follow-up according to your plan. If photographs are needed, use the channel specified by our team to protect your privacy. Online follow-up cannot replace every in-person wound examination. Plan review dates and travel with the team before leaving.
Risks include bleeding, infection, wound separation, scarring and an appearance that differs from your expectations. Contact a doctor immediately for persistent bleeding, worsening pain, hot red swelling, fever or pus. If you cannot urinate, go to a hospital without waiting for your appointment.
They involve different structures. A short or tight frenulum can cause pain or tearing and may be addressed with a targeted procedure. Examination helps determine whether the problem involves the frenulum, foreskin or both. The same operation is not needed for everyone.
You can consult first and decide later. Our team explains costs according to the technique and complexity. Before confirming, ask about doctor fees, medications, dressings, follow-up examinations and stitch or staple care.
CARE CONTINUES
Care does not end on treatment day. Every Spectrum program includes follow-up to review symptoms and recovery according to your plan.
