YOUR STORY COMES FIRST

When your hair changes
Begin by understanding why

A widening part, hair on your pillow or a changing hairline can affect confidence. You do not need to wait for significant thinning before asking for help.

Temporary shedding, hereditary thinning and scalp disorders require different care. Your shedding history, medications and related symptoms help focus assessment.

Options may include scalp care, medication or other approaches according to the cause. Begin with an examination and an agreed monitoring plan to avoid spending time on an unsuitable approach.

Private, nonjudgmental conversations. Your consultations are kept confidential.

QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING

Questions you
May be asking

Explore one topic at a time, then bring
Your remaining questions to your doctor

Does hair loss mean I need a transplant straight away?

Not always. Identify the cause and assess suitable options first. Transplantation does not address every type of hair loss.

Does everyone need blood tests?

Testing depends on history and the pattern of concern, such as suspected nutritional deficiency or hormonal factors. Not everyone needs the same panel.

How do I choose oral medication, topical treatment or PRP?

The type of hair loss, expected benefit, contraindications, risks and readiness for ongoing care all matter. Your service details are confirmed after assessment.

How long does it take?

It depends on the cause and approach. Monitoring often takes months. Short-term photographs should not determine the outcome, and equal responses cannot be guaranteed.

What should I bring to the consultation?

Bring photographs from before thinning began and a list of products and medications used. Mention significant illnesses or events before shedding started.
