YOUR REASON COMES FIRST

Concerns you have kept to yourself
Can be shared here

Intimate anatomy can be difficult to discuss, but you do not need a perfect explanation before consulting. Curvature, tightness, pain or previous procedures can have different causes. Your doctor helps distinguish what can be monitored from what needs treatment, then chooses an approach with you.

You do not need to know the operation name before visiting. Simply describe what is happening and what you want to address. We listen without judgment and keep consultations private.

PLAN BEYOND THE PROCEDURE

Plan the whole journey
From consultation to recovery

01 · Prepare information

Share your full history

Disclose medical conditions, medications, supplements, allergies and previous procedures. Bring details of previously injected substances or devices if known. Do not stop regular medications yourself.

02 · Understand the plan

Know what will be done, and where

Discuss incision placement, anesthesia, the surgical setting and whether a hospital stay is needed, along with costs before deciding.

03 · Allow recovery time

Make the plan fit your life

Recovery differs by procedure. Plan time off, travel, someone to take you home and follow-up dates. Ask when you can resume exercise or sexual activity.

PLAN YOUR CARE

Understand your plan
Before deciding

Your doctor will explain suitable options, what the plan includes and follow-up before you begin. You can request costs for your individual plan without committing to treatment.

QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING

Understand clearly
Before choosing surgery

Including results, sensation
And what to prepare for

Does a consultation mean I must have surgery immediately?

No. You can have an assessment and receive information before deciding. Your doctor explains alternatives, including observation or nonsurgical approaches when appropriate.

Will curvature correction make the penis completely straight?

The goal is to improve function for the assessed problem. Perfect straightness cannot be guaranteed in every case. Discuss residual or recurrent curvature, length, sensation and risks to erections before choosing a method.

Can I consult if I do not know what was injected before?

Yes. Share when it was injected, symptoms and any previous corrective procedures. Bring old records if available. The substance and its distribution affect surgery; some cases need further assessment or tissue reconstruction.

Is lengthening the same as filler?

No. Spectrum Enhance focuses on proportions with filler. Lengthening surgery in this menu involves ligament release. Ask your doctor to distinguish expected flaccid and erect changes, without treating size-increase figures as guarantees.

Does vasectomy affect hormones or sexual sensation?

Vasectomy blocks the sperm pathway; it does not remove the testes. It generally does not change sex hormone levels or desire, and ejaculation continues. Continue contraception until your doctor confirms clearance from semen testing. Reversal does not guarantee fertility.

Does everyone need general anesthesia and a hospital stay?

No. Options include local anesthesia and, for some procedures, general anesthesia with same-day discharge or an overnight stay. Your doctor assesses the surgical scope and health, and explains preparation and transport home.

How many days before work, exercise or sex?

There is no single recovery period for all five procedures. Get procedure-specific advice and have wound healing assessed before resuming activities, especially physical work or long-distance travel. Do not substitute circumcision or filler recovery timelines.

What are the risks, and how is follow-up arranged?

Depending on the operation, risks can include bleeding, infection, scarring, altered sensation or appearance, and further corrective surgery. Every Spectrum program includes follow-up. Contact a doctor immediately for worsening pain, fever, pus or persistent bleeding. If you cannot urinate, go to a hospital without waiting for your appointment.

Information for adults to support a consultation. Results and recovery depend on anatomy, health and the chosen method.
