YOUR STORY COMES FIRST

Long-term health
Begins with small, sustainable steps

Busy days or poor sleep do not mean you have failed at self-care. A good plan starts with real life and helps prioritize one thing at a time.

Sleep, diet, movement and existing risks all affect health and should be considered together, rather than relying on tests or procedures alone.

We begin by assessing your starting point, setting achievable goals and reviewing the plan. You do not need to change everything at once.

Private, nonjudgmental conversations. Your consultations are kept confidential.

QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING

Questions you

Explore one topic at a time, then bring
Your remaining questions to your doctor

Does longevity mean a guaranteed longer life?

It does not guarantee a number of years or age reversal. The aim is planned care for health and risk factors based on individual information.

What levels of care are available?

The current menu offers Essential, Advanced and Signature, differing in assessment scope and follow-up plans. Our team helps compare details before selection.

Do I need the highest level?

No. Choose according to your goals, history, questions and time available for the plan.

Does everyone need IV care or supplements?

Review individual suitability and ask about each component before choosing a package. A longer list does not mean every item is necessary.

Can genetic tests or biological-age scores determine everything?

One result should not represent your whole health picture. Discuss limitations and whether the finding would actually change a care decision.
